I am testing Petrowallet on linux 64 in virtualbox, but it does not seem to be able to receive funds.
I created standard wallet, and successfully logged in, but there is no account information on desktop wallet.
I understand it is just beta, but it only shows "send" tab and other things, not most crucial function to receive the currency.
Are there any documentation for this wallet?

Also I want to warn you; NEM itself is a closed source software. It has public API documentation and source code is on github, but its most important consensus algorithm is not open to public. Also, after coincheck.com hack, NEM foundation was proven to be pure incompetent brainless people.
Even more, NEM protocol is centralized by its founders, as you can see in node selection list. I don't know why VE government chose this "technology", but it was very wrong choice. It could have been better, maybe using sidechain or drivechain, proof of burn one-way pegged chain, etc was far better.
Personally I recommend VE government to use federated sidechain of bitcoin. If you keep using NEM blockchain, their enemy will most probably try to collude with NEM founders and its consensus algorithm.
