People will pay whatever bitcoins are worth.

Not to be contrary, but it's actually exactly the opposite, Bitcoins are worth what people will pay for them.

Hashblaster.com appears to be working at the moment, not that I'm endorsing/denouncing them in any way, just FYI.

I was wondering the same thing. The page (http://krauch74.wix.com/bitcoin-mining-plus) has scam written all over it, IMNSHO.

Site ONLY accepts BTC, and claims to hold them "in escrow" until you receive your unit, is this even a thing? From everything I've read, a BTC payment is GONE, there is no "escrow" or any way to reverse a payment from the payer's end, correct?

The site shows several positive reviews and states "BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO ADD YOUR REVIEW AFTER YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES!!!" but there is no link/button to post a user review. How did those get there? If you have to send your review to the site owner/admin first, it's not a real review since it could be edited or ignored if less than favorable.


I would strongly recommend to WAIT for more info/verification before sending anyone a bitcent.
