They will be sent to the users (first batch - who received the mail last week from PayCent ) on Wednesday late evening/ Thursday morning UAE Time. These cards are available for India and China as well. Thanks! " Team is doing a good job in replacing all cards free of cost. Looking forward to good times ahead.
