I point out that just one of chips have no inputs and no outputs (despite the fact that this is the largest)
Also I had use chipmixer a lot before and face with that error at first time
Hey there mate, if all is as it seems when it comes to the correct url and signature, send them a support request to chipmixer[at]protonmail.com. They'll manually review your mix instance and (hopefully) rectify the situation. They're fairly active here on the forums, as well, so you can alternatively send them a PM here, given that they accept messages from Newbies. They're pretty proactive on maintaining the quality of their service, and should be able to fix your problem.
