Well, re-installed my wallet several times and have added the nodes listed to my config and had to dig around to find a bootstrap file....still nothing.
When I open the wallet is just does nothing, it won't try to sync or get any connections, I don't know what else to do. I opened a support ticket two days ago but nothing back yet.
Anyone have any clue why the wallet would act like this?
Go to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arch/#!networkClick on /Archcoin:1.9.0/ and /Archcoin:1.4.0/ "node list", and add (copy/paste) all that nodes to your archcoin.conf file. Restart the wallet.

Any suggestion as per why the price is dropping so fast ?
Arch does not rely on BTC/crypto to succeed. It relies on Moby sales. Don't worry about the price and just ignore the trolls... or Don't ignore the trolls and feed them until they explode.

Somebody have some updates about the nodes? the one included from archsupport website doesn't work and i hope it isn't because the coin is dead, even if i noticed that have a big volume of trade on bittrex.
Go to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arch/#!networkClick on /Archcoin:1.9.0/ " node list", and add (copy/paste) all that nodes to your archcoin.conf file. Restart the wallet.

OSX wallet link doesn't work... 404 Page not found Is there any alternative download link?

Is the coin dead? Or is the price collapse due to being six months behind schedule?
Yes it's dead. Only people holding now are major bagholders who are trying with all their puny might to get out alive. Dead coin with 120 BTC buy support? Yeah, right!

Arch failed because the dev. just got frustrated I don't think so , he seen the volume and just clicked the sell button that's what happen ,,,purely just gotten tired of it doesn't cut it that's an excuse for failure, he failed the project and ran out of funds and that's that so he refilled his account and there will be another coin like always coming out with a flashy introduction again and we will invest again , again , again ,so beware what you invest in ,
from my understanding, dev didn't sell anything https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arch/address.dws?3397.htm

If you can run a node for blake coin, photon or any other coins in the family , Blake bitcoin, Electron, Universal Molecule or Lithium Please consider doing so !!!
If you need help with set up , let me know and I will start a new thread on the various ways this can be done !!
Do you have any docs how to set up a node on linux server (CentOS, terminal without GUI)? Used this to run electron daemon on ubuntu 12.04, may work for centos ... Hope this helps Thank you, i'll try it.

Does this new release enforce password encrypting of the wallet?
Click on Settings/Encrypt Wallet. Don't use your name or date of birth as password ... but something more complex. For example: *8h2vHQEKB$0U&K(ymZ@N3xpiK@bk7RY75#LBp55 I recommend LastPass + YubiKey (optional) for storing/generating passwords.

Thanks for the quick responses guys, my wallet has to stay open right? Or can it be closed and staking still?
You will have to keep your wallet open to be able to stake. Don't forget to encrypt and backup your wallet.dat regularly (not needed but recommended).

Contact data from their home page: QQ 2830577073 邮箱: support@ltc1btc.comI contacted ltc1btc http://ltc1btc.com/ over bct. However, would be nice if some chinese speaker could find their mail and send it to me. This pool is HUGE. Karmala

So I set up a 25 mh/s lifetime mining contract on genesis mining that I'm devoting to just mine via.
Which pool do you recommend?

they demand 0.2 BTC trade per day I spoke with them several times nothing I could do would satisfy them I also told them that reason why they might miss out on trade is the simple fact that they dont list all the merged coins BLC is back on Bittrex, and listed again?! https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-BLC
|
|
|
It looks that BLC is delisted today on Bittrex. https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-BLC"This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on October 31st unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.2 BTC"
