You are viewing this  from your own perspective, that's why you are concluding that most 80% of ICO are scam I disagree totally with that if you say that most ICO pay worthless token I can accept that though some ICO are scam but not 80%

I think personally, Wave is a complete platform, which currently has a very deep infrastructure.and I think the waves always have great potential in the future. and it depends on the progress planned by the developer, and if the wave has a smart contract, maybe the current value will greatly increase.

I think it's a good time to buy when it's red, since I am a contrarian, but there are likely good buys if you do your research. It all depends on the coins you pick, as some will fail and others will succeed regardless of the overall market.

I think you should wait more time and wait its to decrease more before buying it. Wait it to dip more and start investing on it to maximize your potential earnings from it. The market will eventually recover and starts to rise to the top.

we no one knows his fore bitcoin this how,if the bitcoin in the future remains like this even more glorious I'm sure there is no other coin that can replace bitcoin,but if the bitcoin reputation goes down there's bound to be another coin that replaces bitcoin like BCH

I don't think that's going to happen in near future. What they can do or have done so far is to make monetary system or regulations to watch over the people using cryptocurrency. Otherwise anything which is internet based can't simply be diminished by the governments.

What is happening now in the market is very normal for all kinds of currencies, may it be stock currency. There’s this red price always keep on happening even on bitcoin. But crypto and altcoin price is just that very volatile unlike the stock currency.
