2  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock Market and Bitcoin on: May 10, 2018, 05:50:12 PM
The concepts from stock market are applicable for trading Bitcoin ? Or I have to study crypto market specifically?
Stocks as securities traded on the stock market where the person who is the shareholder will get a chance to get a dividend and capital gain (the profit we make when selling the stock is higher than the purchase price). The acquisition of capital gains is what usually makes people think that buying and selling Bitcoin and stocks because they profit from the difference in selling price with the price when they buy Bitcoin.

Price movements in stocks one of them is influenced by the performance of companies such as increase / decrease in profit and sales, dividends, or news spread in the community about the state of the company. In the world of Bitcoin, unit prices are also strongly influenced by the same thing: increasing and decreasing demand, as well as the press circulating in the community.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / EOS coins. What do you think about it? on: May 08, 2018, 05:41:59 PM
EOS takes a unique approach to creating a highly scalable platform for smart contracts. EOS prioritizes scalability and end-user experience rather than maximal censorship resistance.

Either these platforms will offer strong assurances ('permissionless-ness'), in which case they will attract 'sovereign-grade' attackers (and 'platform-grade' censorship resistance will be insufficient) OR they will embrace censorship and permission-ing, in which case they will end up as less efficient varieties of today's centralized platforms. Regardless, neither path appears sustainable.

Cryptojacking Attacks Increase to 8,500 Percent

The rapidly growing digital money phenomenon has triggered a new kind of crime, cryptojacking.

Cryptojacking is when cyber criminals use viruses to make digital money (I) use their victim devices.

"This type of cyber crime increased by 8.500 percent," said Andris Masengi, Country Manager of Symantec Indonesia on Friday (13/4/2018) afternoon in Jakarta.

David Rajoo as Director of System Engineering Malaysia and Indonesia said, cryptojacking is quite new in Asia.
In action, cyber criminals attack users individually, especially those who work in companies with large computer powers, and do not understand cryptojacking.

This action is done by trapping the user to open a site that has been infected by cryptojacking virus through the device.

When the site is opened, it will display a menu that if not closed can be a path of exploitation to victim devices and used as miner bitcoin.

"With cryptojacking, people are not aware of the device systems used by hackers to mine bitcoins or other digital currencies," says Andris.

Cryptojacking Effect

Furthermore, Andris sums up the effects that occur when you are exposed to cryptojacking attacks.

1. Slow Tool

If the device suddenly operates slower, try checking it out. Usually, this is the main characteristic of you being a victim of cryptojacking attacks.

"Take for example when Excel opens longer when there is a cryptojacking attack," the user said slowly due to many applications, but was attacked by cryptojacking, "said Andris.

2. CPU Usage Becomes 100 Percent

One of the material losses caused by this cyber attack is the power of the device can jump up to 100 percent. This is not a positive thing, because if the device is used 100 percent continuously, it will accelerate the damage.

3. Large Energy Consumption

The most expensive factor in mining digital money is not just buying a device, but it takes a lot of power.

If your device or company is used by bad guys to mine digital money, do not be surprised if electricity consumption swells.

In the United States have found the case of students of digital money miners who blocked electricity bills, so they are desperate to use the electric campus.

4. Battery Quick Out

With the increased power consumption of the devices you use, the battery will automatically run out quickly. Unconscious mobile device users exposed to cryptojacking will think their laptop batteries are wasteful and should be filled out due to outdated lifetimes.

In fact, continuous battery charging can damage the battery, so that the victim suffered a loss.

5. Very Dangerous For Smartphones

Can be imagined when cryptojacking attacked your smartphone. The result is the battery becomes easily discharged, the smartphone is slow and quickly damaged.

Be careful when opening a suspicious site, then suddenly a tab appears. Make sure you just close the tab, or if you have trouble closing the tabs, try closing the browser you use just in case.

we must be careful with this kind of crime.
5  Economy / Economics / Why is bitcoin stability important? on: April 12, 2018, 06:25:32 AM
I think promoting bitcoin stability is partly a matter of avoiding the alcoint crisis, major changes in cryptocurrencies activities, high inflation, and excessive volatility and alcoint markets. Instability can increase uncertainty, inhibit investment, hamper the growth of alcoint.
for your opinion.?
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you want high price of bitcoin after all? on: April 10, 2018, 08:07:28 AM
