How do you set up your Mac? external wallets on the way. Which antivirus? Kespersky? Bit defender? It seems kespersky has more features for crypto security. Should I go for the paid malwarebytes? Virtual box is needed? Should I pay also for the VPN? Which vpn should I choose? Do I still need comodo firewall? What do you do? Please share so we can compare.

For example, if you own Komodo (KMD) all you need to access your coins is your seed key. When using Agama with KMD you don't actually need the blockchain downloaded on your computer. Once you start Agama you have to create a seed key (think of it as a really long password). Once your coins are in your wallet, you can access them from any Agama wallet as long as you know your seed key. Also, if have a coin that requires you to download the blockchain, lock/encrypt your wallet (Don't forget your password) then transfer the coins to the wallet. Once that is done you can back the wallet.dat file up and delete the coin wallet. I suggest having multiple backups of the encrypted wallet.dat file though. Can you explain the Agama? Is it a wallet?

WOW! I have never seen such an active forum..how amazing! Thank you for replying! I felt sad nobody replied.. I am new, but I gotta get this straight quick. Like I said, my laptop is super shady..I do not trust it at the moment. What do other experienced traders use? JAXX only? Thanks a lot..means a lot to me! Any advice on my laptop since it is super shady at the moment? I do not want to do any one thing on it..

I’m new to crypto... I need the most secure set up. I have a super freaky windows pc. I don’t feel good about doing any crypto on it at all.
