i'm skipping the gpu fad. never bought a computer that came with a video card. dont mind buying a custom fgpa or asic. anyone not accounting for moores law is retarded. also, THANK YOU Mr. Tremblay, this community needs to work like a well oiled machine if bitcoin is to succeed. also, WHEN CAN MY 3D PRINTER CREATE ASIC FISHES N CHIPS?

man fuck you. i <3 devs making everything possible, and releasing it into the public, but the script kiddie mentality/more malware virii java active x flash shit is just what the greasy internet needs. webmasters, go on make excuses "oh its "lower power, they can plug in, blah blah mozilla and wikipedia can finally herp a derp" acting like we all use computers made after 2000. yeah right this is going to be used by everyone except reputable companies. i cant wait until someone brings a lawsuit and demands their fare share.
more reason for me to use basic html and stay on the deep web.

One thing that might make the display of the wallet less confusing (maybe) would be to show all the properly available decimal places.
1.0000000000 for example.
or 2.500000000 not just 2.5
Why truncate the display at all?
Thanks for your hard work!
ditto. and, why was the 'generate coins' option removed? will you bring it back or is that only for elitists who can understand setting up scripts?

if gavin reminds the cia to tell congress to take back the power to coin currency, i support his trip. fuck the federal reserve being a private company. i want that shit run by congress members.
also, legalize drug dispensaries, brothels, and use the DEA airplanes to search for heat signatures of people locked in basements instead of plant growing equipment.

i hate inside jokes. i thought the internet fixed that insider knowledge bullshit?
favorite t-shirt so far: black with nametag "hello my name is satoshi nakamoto"

oh look bitcoin.org homepage client .22-beta no longer lets you generate coins. and all the generating software requires quite a bit of work and computer savvy.
central bankers already took over the network. my faith in this shit is lost. time for something fresh.

i used to vote ron paul, until i heard him suggest selling the fort knox gold supply. then i realized hes the illuminati alternative. my fix for congress: public financing for elected officials, and term limits

Healthy competition between different currencies will show which currency is accepted by most of the people. The better currency survives, as long as there is free competition possible.
i disagree. but apparently you think gold and silver backed currency is not the best. inflated ego much or just elitist?

dear OP, bitcoin is uncontrollable and works as currency or barter. this is exactly what the NWO illuminati central banking reptilians have destroyed entire countries to prohibit. everyone on this forum doing any tiny thing to regulate or change the system is infact a troll for the bitches i previously mentioned. i'll give you one example http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=13758.0;allregulation is always passed in the most peaceful of reasons, usually because of some bad the elitists themselves propagate

I don't understand why you are obsessed with not calling it a currency. You haven't showed us any of the laws you claim would make a non-backed currency illegal, and bitcoins are being used as a currency, so I don't see any reason to not call it a currency.
So on what grounds will a Senator be able to shut it down? With legislation maybe like China did a few years ago with "Virtual Currency"? But can you do that to unique digital goods/commodity that has ownership and is transferable in a free market system? Some might say its untraceable? - Only if you launder it - that's illegal - not if you trade/barter a digital good/commodity? china currently makes prisoners mine for gold in world of warcraft video game idgaf what governmets say, unless it has something to do with bringing transparency to central banking and fixing the problems outlined in confessions of an economic hitman. i grow organic food and am a carpenter, i am currently trading my jazz for btc or your jazz. currency or barter? i'll leave that to the trolls who wana erode my liberties.

in germany it's illegal to deny the holocaust existed, or to do current forensic research. in china, it's illegal to suggest a different type of government.
nice going citizens, my bet is on yall being too unorganized to stop any legislation

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." Thomas Jefferson, Letter 1802 to Secretary of the Treasury, Albert Gallatin

either you recognize the security threat of 51% that satoshi wrote in the pdf, and respect btc for its leverage against secretive central bankers these people actually care for the first option will waste no time in pointing out the first baby-step towards an attack on our baby ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) or your just in it for the money and you dont care about the politics of this beauty
