I am sure that Russia will eventually legalize the crypto market, so the price of coins will steadily increase in price. I know that there many officials and well-known businessmen already have investments in crypto.

There aren't really any stable altcoins but I'm guessing what you are asking are for altcoins which coins are the least likely to have their prices fluctuate. The fact is that the prices of altcoins mostly follows the price of bitcoin and as long as bitcoin keeps fluctuating then the altcoins will too so there are no stable coins.

All 3 coins have good potential for growth. especially looking at the current drawdown. But Ripple is not an ordinary cryptocurrency. It is controlled from the US department. And the score in the ripple can always be frozen on the orders of the heads from above

Personally, i am optimistic that the market will pump this year, even beyond what we have had before. Just like many were surprised and caught unawares when the prices of coin and some altcoins skyrocketed last year.

As it's very easy to create a ERC20 token (you can find tutorials in few seconds), many scammers use them in their "projects".
With big promises to bounty hunters, they can create hype and earn big money in fake ICOs, and then send useless tokens without real project.
Maybe we can check ICO rating sites to avoid scams...but even them can be cheated.

Market is not stabilizing because there are many news are flouting in the market regarding regulations and everyone is undecided about the market movement. No one can predict the outcome of those meetings. In my view, this is the good time to buy now as any positive news can give big boost to it.

The Litecoin is in top 5 cryptocyrrency. His market cap $11 263 188 540 (06/03/2018). Quite possible, that LTC will be cheaper, but that is vanish is inpossible. This is my opinion...

In a world of bad advice, especially financial, it can be extremely hard to find someone who’s actually trying to help others and not only themselves. The fact of the matter is most people who give out advice in cryptocurrency or just in general fall under the spell of confirmation bias and end up shilling what they’ve bought so they can tend to a decent profit.

I think there is no such thing in cryptocurrency. I believe that as long as the coin you hold can be trade it is real one. I think the one that makes it "fake" is that fake advertising like what happened last year, a certain website claiming that bitcoin can be bought there but in reality they are selling bitcoin cash which is for me a hoax.  |

I suggest to you to buy ETH coin even though in this month the market price continues to decrease but ETH survive against big storm. |

It is not necessarily a bad idea to to get some alts but i would recommend to always hold onto some of the bitcoin. As for what alts you should buy, i think it would be best for you decide that and find which ones suit you. Can can see the top coins on coinmarketcap.  |

I don't think that altcoins can replace bitcoin on its place because I think altcoins are also relying with bitcoin, so without bitcoin, they are also not going to bloom or to grow.  |

Just buy it man, you say it to high now but maybe in another 6 month from now the bitcoin price will be much higher than now. So youll never to late to join a profit train mate, buy now and hold or if you have some experience in trading just trade it and youll be fine. |
