Masternodes with the old 70002 protocol will eventually stop receiving the rewards[/size]Update the wallet:1. Download a new file for your OS: https://github.com/oxidcoin/oxid_2.0/releases/tag/v2.1.02. Backup wallet.dat, oxid.conf and masternode.conf files 3. Delete everything else from `oxidred` folder 4. If you did not use `install.sh` script to set up your masternode make sure to delete everything except `wallet.dat, oxid.conf and masternode.conf` files from `.oxidred` folder before starting `oxidd` daemon

Multiple Masternodes
Could anyone help me out Im wondering how I can run multiple masternodes from 1 wallet. I do have 2 VPS with IPS
Im getting the error incorrect rpcuser or rpcpassword (authorization failed) when I try to get the second node up and running.
On the debug im getting Masternode tier is UNKNOWN!!!
Don't need to change anything in oxid.conf for the 2nd node, just add 2nd node info to masternode.conf file. Delete mncache.dat and mnpayments.dat from oxidred folder before starting your local wallet. This will help to sync your nodes and will not show the tier as UNKNOWN. |

We've release wallet version 2.0.2 with some improvements and bug fixes.To update the wallet:1. Download a new file for your OS from here: https://github.com/oxidcoin/oxid_2.0/releases/tag/v2.0.22. Backup wallet.dat, oxid.conf and masternode.conf files 3. Delete everything else from oxidred folder 4. Start wallet and wait for it to resync 5. Make sure the block number matches explorer block count (could be that you need to repeat the process above for a few times until it syncs to the correct chain) 6. Can run to verify if your block hash is the same as explorer's: *change 27893 to the latest block For example 27893 Block Hash is 2599bef38510bdaa8b1c604a084add17297941427fb80b4fbba68f4b0fcd86a1 It can be found by clicking block 27893 transaction hash: http://explorer.oxid.io:3001/tx/6752f8b8649dffb3a56c6baa61725f39a23834328da9692fc7dcf65bd48469547. The old fork is still working. Wallet synchronized. POS goes. Why was everything changed? Yes, you threw a lot of people. Old chain was exploited - few people were receiving Supernode rewards without having a Supernode. We wanted to protect honest investors so we offered a swap to a new blockchain. Anybody who wants to stay on the old chain they can do so, we have no control over who wants to stay and who wants to move. |
