My xmr wallet can not sync.I get the following errors:

Can anyone tell me what happened?About twenty-four hours ago,I sended 10 XMR to my account on mintpal plartform ,but I still don't receive any XMR coins,What happen?please help me,thanks  You have to contact Mintpal, they are the worst Monero exchange so good luck. i see,thanks your quick reply |

I didn't recive any xmr after pm 5.22 today,But why did my xmr amount of Pending Balance reduce,about two hours ago, my xmr amount of Pending Balance reduce still is over 9,please check ,thanks
The pending balance was wrong. I sent you a PM about it. We are rescanning the transactions in the wallet, it takes some time before we can send payment. ok,thanks your quick response |

^Is this your transaction rejected (your daemon could reject another transaction, which is not yours)? What's the message in the wallet? Are you using the version from the OP? Did you tried to restore your .bin file based on the .keys file?
I check version by help command,the following is output,is that right? bitmonero v0.8.8.1() I have deleted .bin file and restored .bin file based on .keys file |

Can anyone tell me what happen,How to fix it?

Busoni has said about 30 minutes for poloniex. One hour is the absolute most I'd wait. I don't know what exchange you're on, but it's definitely time to open a ticket. Have you tried to refresh your balance? It might not have gone through and came back to your wallet Download the final version from the OP. Backup the .keys file. Delete the .bin file (not the .keys). Open the wallet as usual - a new .bin file will be created based on the .keys. Did you send using the current version of the wallet? If you sent using and older version (fee too small) the transaction won't confirm. help bitmonero v0.8.8.1() Commands: i have sent 13.6 xmr to bter excahnge plartform |
