The buyer / sender on PayPal can file a complaint within 45 days and get their money back! That easy!
Is it legal for PayPal? Are there sending buyer info to seller in such situation, so he can call the police if there are wrong? If so, maybe PayPal account with eBay history are quite safe?

Is it known, how much bitcoins are in play and how much are actually moving? That would be interesting.

Yes it is: http://www.bitcoincharts.com/ .

It's not so long, and I think that there are earning much more money from fees, then from interest rates from delaying users money. Dealing payments is not in their best interest, it would be better for them to raise fees - their will earn more and lose less customers. Bitcoin economy raised a lot last days, and there may not have enough people to process everything like usually.

That being said it is always good to force companies to offer us better service and exchange information about problems and deals can be a big problem for someone not expecting them. I am just not expecting mtgox to make delays intentinaly.

Use different ways to exchange your Bitcoins if you really want to harm mtgox.

I'm willing to bet the same person made all the posts above.
Funny how they all just registered in the last few days and want to pay exclusively in PayPal. They are also all online and have only posted in this thread.

Do not send them (him) a cent. Their finger is on the chargeback button.

I could only tell you, then I personally have only one account here, and I offered also paying via moneybookers witch do not offers chargebacks (maybe there is only one person behind all other accounts;) ). I believed that I would be able to qucikly buy bitcoins here and I come from link at https://mtgox.com/users/addFunds.

As I see it would be impossible, because of scamers. So could you tell me: is there any place, where I can instantly buy bitcoins if I have Credit Card and polish bank account?
