I didn't have 2 factor security. But I don't understand how hacker can get my LTC without email confimation. So confused!

Did you received any email confirmation about withdrawal? I'm afraid that it's very hard to get in touch with BTC-E. I lost all my LTC on BTC-E I submitted a ticket 4 days ago and still didn't received any response from them. I don't know where is my money. I think member is not important with them.

Scan your computer. Likely have a keylogger. Someone got your password that way. Do you use the same password for your email as btc-e? No guy! I use different password for each account. I scanned my computer, there was no virus, keylog or trojan. And unbelievable that I got email noticing about authorization at that time included my ip. Sorry but I use private internet line, use cable and at that time, I turned off my machine. I'm waiting for the answer from BTC-E. I don't know how can hacker confirm withdraw without read confirmation email.

My account has been hacked. Hacker withdrew all my LTC without confirmation (I don't know why). I received two email about withdraw confirmation and both of them still unread. I also changed my password over two days ago and withdraw still denied (Althought they said that withdraw will be blocked in only twos days).
