have enjoyed the faucet until few days ago when I get message that my account has been banned because of Multiple Accounts.
I underline here that I have not multiple account, just one, I do get there from work or home and because of that could be different IP addresses but just only one account.
May I get some help?

What's the problem with you guys? Why my account is "banned"?
After completing as many as 20 shortlinks successfully and smoothly, while I tried to withdraw my satoshis, it failed to do so.
I got a message of banning my account.
Atrocious. Highly unethical.

For your record: I DON'T USE>VPN, BOT, PROXY, TWO ACCOUNTS.
Mine is a clean account and I work following all rules and regulations.
Remove the so-called ban with immediate effect.
