We will be selling ROKS at 1.01 USD apiece. Each ROKS sold will therefore be automatically backed by at least one USD. The backing is stored with Prime Trust, which is a U.S.-based (and therefore U.S. regulated) entity. We do not promise 1-1 backing however. At some point in time 1-1 backing is not necessary because depending on which use-case ROKS is most used, assets other than USD can be used to back ROKS. So you are going to sell me a coin backed by 1.00 usd at 1.01 usd price. Great start, but what would be an advantage for me to buy it at this price? Important Marketplace Announcement
As you know all know Phore Blockchain puts a very high priority on performance and security in all of the products we deliver. We recently uncovered a bug within the new version of the marketplace and this may have become problematic to some users. In order to protect both the Phore community and maintain our development quality standards we have made the decision to delay the release of the marketplace until the problems are resolved.
Whilst missing our deadline is regrettable, this is nothing compared to the regret we would have felt had we released a version of the marketplace which was not in line with the quality users have come to expect from the Phore Blockchain team and project.
Our developers had been working round the clock to meet the deadline and are confident in having this resolved in the next day or so, however in line with our quality standards we are intending to re-test the entire platform. The revised release date for the new version of the Phore Marketplace is Monday July 22nd.

I would like to understand what the cost of the token is planned for the next stages of the token sale.
The team did not provide this information. It is likely that the development of the project for the open round of IEO is not completed. But maybe the developers have a certain strategy that will allow us to see qualitative results during the next stage of token sale. It is good if PHORE can be listed on new exchanges, for example Kucoin. However, Kucoin has some shady behaviour on the way they delisted Solaris (XLR) months ago. From Solaris team public report, I think Kucoin did reacted wrongly with Solaris. Anyway, I hope that PHORE (if listed on KUcoin) will get better responses from Kucoin team, than Solaris.
