There's no network attack. The network is overloaded with ASICs, but that should be solved when the fork occurs later today/tomorrow.

I looked at the thread history to find who that was, no I am not visdude. I have heard that Sumo was under attack by reading this earlier and I have been trying to research more (Due to recent network's hashrate high fluctuations (our best guess is ASICs trying to get their last blocks) stalling the network, we decided to bring the fork's blockheight closer at block 116520. Binaries will be released shortly.
