1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects? on: September 02, 2022, 12:32:31 PM
Hello everyone, I haven't been on the forum for a long time, but now, in my opinion, is a good time to look around what is happening, and if you go into projects, it's better in the early stages .. maybe  they will give a good profit
Now early projects are mostly posted on the Discord site, there are just a lot of projects, can I get WL?
Easily- be active in chats,  log in at an early stage.
Yes it takes time but it usually pays off

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: 2017 vs 2019 on: October 16, 2019, 06:50:56 PM
2017 was a big year for ethereum and majority of the ERC-20 tokens. Further there is no big growth, the market kept crashing. None expected such a huge loss in ethereum value falling low to $100 from a value close to $1500. By those days bitcoin too experienced a great fall in its value. Later when bitcoin started to pump high ethereum was the same without big growth. Hope 2020 will be big for ethereum.
Yes, everyone who was here remember 2017, my opinion is that correction for 2 years, with a little recovery - these are only the first, maybe not quick steps to new records in the value of all coins
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: October 16, 2019, 06:45:50 PM
A good crypto project is enough to change one's life so why not take the chances?all i keep doing is making sure i get a share hold of very good coins or tokens with real use case and yes i did have many coins but i believe that a good crypto project is all we need. Am I doing the right thing?
You did it right but it was only a part. The most important thing in this market is the market condition, uptrend or downtrend. If a project is solid, in a market downtrend will still face many difficulties, and you will still lose your investment. So choosing the investment time is still the most important.
time is important, of course, you should not risk being at the peak of an upward market, with correction there are many options to buy existing coins at a huge discount
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you lend in cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2019, 06:43:03 PM
if in truth there would be a question of how to lend to someone, I would also prefer stable coins, there are few racks, there are no losses and there is no%, the crypto market is very volatile, which can lead to losses
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: October 15, 2019, 05:03:12 PM
yes the fact is like that, in this crypto industry there is no full guarantee for you. Even in traditional investment, nothing guarantees you profit. There will be no certainty in future income, and if a project claims their tokens will become more and more expensive over time, it is very likely that they are lying. Of course, that does not mean that they are wrong, however, ensuring that everyone in the inevitable benefit is not responsible, to say the least. If you see a project that claims that your profits will grow tenfold in just six months, it's far more likely to be a good old Ponzi scheme than it really is, as seen in BitConnect.
So, no matter how this promise actually looks, if you see that the project offers you sky-high profits for literally no effort, it probably means that they want to make that profit out of you.
Of course every businessman or manufacturer hypes their wares and this is rightly so because you have to put up techniques to ensure you get buyers/investors. I don't see anything wrong in that provided they aren't doing it to scam people. In 2017, many projects even over did their projections and investors went home smiling because of easy ROI. But this isn't so today. I guess the crash of 2018 has now made every recent projections doubtful.
the market, of course, corrects plans, and most do not cope with the situation, it’s difficult to work in such a market now, and advertising is of course necessary
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: October 15, 2019, 04:59:41 PM
I think the most important reason is the hope. We often come to the crypto market with so much hope, about become rich overnight, and with greed, we believe in the promise of projects, thereby losing money when holding their tokens.
yes here I agree with you, greed, and the prospect of quick profit, distracts people from the truth, it also seems to me that people are just too lazy to learn anything about the project, counting on luck
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which one is better for you guys ? on: October 15, 2019, 04:53:15 PM
Oh God, if we want to invest in IEO we have to wait for a response from the community. Of course it's a strange thing, what's the use of ourselves if we still believe in other people's words. If for example the project fails and you experience a loss, whether the community can be responsible.
Each investor is responsible for his actions himself. but if the project could not fulfill its promises and raise the necessary amount of money or could not realize its model, then the responsibility lies on the project and they must compensate money for investors
say everything right, but that there are very few projects that return funds to investors, with insufficient fees, the reason is simply that the funds raised go to the project, and payment for the project participants
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you sell your entire crypto right now with 500 percent profit? on: October 14, 2019, 03:40:59 PM
I am really curious about this question. To be clear, if there would be an opportunity to sell your tokens and make x5 right here and right now in exchange for promise to never invest in crypto again. How many people are ready to sell their tokens/coins at the moment and never come back?
some mysterious conditions, in your question, maybe I would sell, but I'm not going to leave the crypto market
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 14, 2019, 03:37:57 PM
New projects make good news of good things to happen
Are they all right ?
Or are they all just chanting slogans ?

REALLY!!!  What 's going on ?
If you know a good project ,NAME IT !!!
No need for new projects anymore but still people coming with them everyday so you need to stay away from new projects because none of them going to last long for even a year.
Yes, true, there are good projects on the market now, and a statement that more projects are not needed !! Here I do not agree with you, the cryptocurrency market has just begun to gain momentum, and the more projects the better, the market itself will take out the garbage
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on: October 14, 2019, 03:33:48 PM
Both still focus on token purchase but the different is instead of the developers dispatching the coins, they give the tokens to the exchanges who will dispatch the tokens to investors.

One thing for sure is that; IEO do not  guaranty that a shitcoins will not go down the drill when the time comes.

The con there is that, (1)  investors will be free from scam developers who intend to steal from them.
2) Avoid littering their identity info through KYC in different websites. Since the exchange already have their information.

3) Since an exchange already have the token, listing won't be a problem. And also you get to choose on which project to invest in since many developers ends up listing coins in exchanges which are not even worth it.

If the token you intend to purchase is listed on Binance, you can take it as an additional plus. *Yet, it's not a guaranty that the coin will survive in the long run.
I agree, it’s hard to say exactly what will happen to the project in a few years, a good exchange, yes this is a plus, but no one will give guarantees
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How many crypto exchanges are really required? on: October 03, 2019, 04:57:38 PM
my opinion is the following, if crypto will develop at the same pace as the last decade, then there should be many exchanges and exchanges, look at fiat money — how many banks exist in the world?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: October 02, 2019, 06:19:50 PM
Yes, patience is the key to success, but here in crypto you do not always need to wait, there are situations when you need to sell quickly, at least in order to take profit
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right or wrong path? on: September 30, 2019, 06:51:23 PM
I believe that Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies are our future for money. So I'd say it's on the right track. Because blockchain technology is not only a theory, it also has a functioning system. So far, adaptation has reached 1% and is expected to increase gradually.
Yes, the time will come when digital money will be more preferable, maybe 10 years, maybe 20, but society will adopt blockchain technology everywhere
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency? on: September 30, 2019, 06:48:14 PM
if I think personally a safe way to invest in cryptocurrency is :

1. the project runs according to the roadmap and whitepaper that has been made;
2. cryptocurrency that we invest in already has a product;
3. the team always updates about the progress that is happening in the project that we invest;
4. invest in project that are in the top 1-500 in coinmarketpcap (have a high volume);
5. the project we want to invest has been running for a long time (if I personally never invested in a new project), because investing in new project has a greater risk than we invest in old project.

I agree that any investment is a risk, even if it is minimal, then the profit will be the same, you can safely invest only those funds that are not afraid to lose
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space? on: September 28, 2019, 08:26:02 PM
Yes that is true but this kind of news is kind of expired by now.

Those scammers have done it a year ago and they had been successful.
Now, there is not much people who really want to risk a lot to new projects and it is hurting them. But the old ones are still on going. Bitcoin is one example of it.
Not all will be affected by it anymore.
Its indeed has a huge impact on people, it makes them more afraid because of what they had experienced and we can't blame them because it happens on most of us too. Most of them are not willing anymore because they think they are falling again into some sort of scam, you can literally find them everywhere and that is the reason why we need to be very aware and careful.
Yes, scam projects scared many, alarmed, many lost a lot of money, someone even took loans, all this was postponed, and also leaves a mark in the minds of investors
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: September 28, 2019, 08:22:17 PM
I do not agree, before that, investments always paid off and made a profit for several years, but after the incredible success of Bitcoin-2017, everyone thinks that it can be done quickly and easily in crypto, but this is not always so
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the future ?? on: September 28, 2019, 08:15:06 PM
Yes, the very idea of Bitcoin is popular, and it is gaining momentum, Bitcoin will really be the future if there are many new high-quality projects in crypto
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of cryptocurrencies depend on the understanding of the community on: September 27, 2019, 06:50:27 PM
Is a centralized or decentralized network better? How to develop the authentication feature and ensure it works well? What innovations need to take place?

At its peak in late 2017, one Bitcoin was worth nearly $ 20,000. A year earlier, it only cost $ 1,000. Bitcoin was priced at $ 6,000 in June and $ 8,000 in July and dropped to $ 6,000 in August. Bitcoin price is extremely volatile, so does Ethereum. According to the Dacxi crypto social network, unlike the pioneering wave, the next global growth wave could be fueled by two new areas of investment: institutions and retail investors.

So whether or not cryptocurrencies grow will depend greatly on the understanding of the future community. And what do you think about this?

I think that society hears a lot about cryptocurrencies, but many do not understand what it is, many are afraid, since the media mostly only broadcast negative news
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about this stablecoin? on: September 27, 2019, 06:45:39 PM
So it's DAI, a decentralized stablecoin backed by ETH.

History has proved that Dai succeeds even in a falling ETH environment. When the value of ETH fell from $1,400 USD in January 2018 to $400 in April 2018, the Dai system’s incentive structure successfully kept the value of Dai pegged to $1 USD.

Unlike Tether (USDT), Dai is completely decentralized. You can see how it works at https://www.hb-wallet.com/post/how-dai-stablecoin-works

What do you think about this stablecoin and its future?

I can’t say anything for this coin, since I don’t use it, but after reading the reviews of people I think I’ll take a closer look
