I don’t think it’s going to happen nearest few years, I think ICOs will evolve, and bounty campaigns as well. And as a result ICOs will become less in quantity and better in quality.

now the price of all the coins is still low I see the price is still far from the highest value so this is the best opportunity to buy a good coin with a cheap price, I suggest to buy potential coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, NEO, EOS and ADA to Hold a few months ahead.

If you are new and not experienced in ICO then I would suggest to you to invest in btc and altcoins. Its much more safe then investing in ICO with the risk of losing money without any guarantee.

If you have spare time, I think you should keep 10 bitcoin in your account. Sell 2. and do buy-sell with them. Altcoins can earn good money if you follow the market. but most of them are already increasing in line with BTC. so that the biggest gain will already be from BTC.

a new coin that appears is not the coin scam. they simply could not survive alone with tough competition. Indeed there are that will be successful and will survive. but yan fell and then its value is low is not a scam. but either a scam or not no one will know what it is.
