HOLD and SELL are both good, but it depends on you and what token you have,. If you have a token with a potential growth, and the market price are falling down, just hold your token and wait, time will come its price will rise again.

indeed to invest in eth is a good idea because in the future surely the price will rise high and that we invest into big profits. but if we sell something better not because it's better to use savings to be invested into cryptocurrency because the money is belom we use and want it increases so the right choice to be invested let alone eth is very promising.

I think no altcoin can defeat bitcoin no matter what because the price of the bitcoin is pretty high and it popularity is so high also there are some altcoin that tried also 50 $ almost complete for that coin but in the end it still go down and died
