2  Other / Beginners & Help / Bounty Stake on: April 15, 2018, 12:18:17 PM
What happens when a staking bounty of for example 1 million tokens set for signature is participated only by 10 participants? Does that mean the 1 million alloted tokens is distributed among the 10 participants i.e. 100,000 tokens each? or how does the math work?

Why is Stake used for bounty offers on Bitcointalk.org? For others, it is easy to calculate the number of coins/tokens since it is in airdrop.

Thank You Loveboard. Your reply gets me somewhat idea about bounty & airdrop. I think I will get clear idea when I will participate in any such program. Anyway Thanks for your help.

Bounty programs are varied and all have different duties. For example, twitter bounty programs usually involve you tweeting, following, and retweeting, and then you get stakes (convert into the alt) at the end of the bounty period.

There are also signature bounty programs (just like u see I have a signature that's advertising an ICO). There you just post weekly a minimum amount of posts, then you're awarded stakes.

Airdrops are a different animal. You can do whatever you want to get an airdrop, there are usually very minimal requirements, like joining a telegram channel or simply posting your eth address or simply just holding a coin (in the case of forks) and you automatically get the new alt.

I am really thankful for sharing information with me.
I don't know about two programs you mentioned. Currently there are many trash airdrop programs, not most are airdrop spam. Unless you are pro on marketing or MLM, you can earn a lot of money from airdrop.
This is two bounty and airdrop sites on bitcointalk that you can refer to
