1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EFL] Electronic Gulden - Cryptocurrency for the Netherlands on: March 21, 2014, 03:52:55 PM
Note to anybody dumb enough to buy this shit: They are going to distribute the premine to themselves a thousand times and say it was Dutch households requesting the coins. You bagholders are going to give these scammers a nice Christmas. I don't even think it's worth mining since anybody dumb enough to buy country coins is already bagholding country coins.
SCAM

the Dutch households will be able to request their share of coins. This has to be done using our "Verified Proof of Residence" system (e.g., 2 utility bills no more than 3 months old).
( we don't get a utility bill every month u ASSHOLE ! )

read link or read the part below !

http://www.access-nl.org/living-in-the-netherlands/living/gas-and-electricity.aspx

Billing and payment ( utility )
Once a year you receive a bill for your energy consumption during that year. This is called annual settlement. Energy costs can be charged two ways:

You will receive one annual settlement: it includes both the transportation and usage costs. (Transport costs are costs that are charged for maintaining the gas lines or power cables)
You will receive two annual accounts: namely from the supplier and the company's network of gas pipes as well as the power cables maintained (grid)

Each month you pay a deposit amount. These amounts are advance payments on your annual statement.

Generally, there are two ways to pay your energy bills:

Giro
An advantage of paying by giro is that you get a good overview of the payments you make. To pay by giro transfer, most vendors charge extra.

Direct Debit
The merit of paying by direct debit is that you do not have to remember to pay, thus reducing the risk of overdue accounts. Also, many energy suppliers charge less for paying by direct debit.

Great. Another shitty SCAM coin.

I hope you pieces of shit including AphroditeCoin, Spaincoin and everyone whom knowingly supports a scam just for a quick buck die a horrible death within the next 24 hours.
You're making this world a crappy fucking place.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Aphrodite Coin [APH] boost of Cyprus economy - JUST LAUNCHED!!!!!! on: March 18, 2014, 02:48:10 PM
Absolute, pitiful SCAM.

I read through the entire 23 pages.... You people, the dev, and this whole thing is absolutely disgusting.

I don't even know where to begin to describe the ludicrity of this entire debacle.

- 75% premine
- Lied about speaking to gov officials.
- Lied about presenting Airdrop concept; there's not even a single WORD about it since OP.
- Lied about having a dev team; there's NONE. Website is a ripoff.
- Lied about developing coin code; pure ripoff with missing coindaemon features, and not fixed.
- Lied about name.
- Lied about phone number.
- Lied about everything.

I mean, my foot can probably come up with a more hardworking and believable scam than this; whats amazing is that so many people are falling for it???

I wish all you scammers, conmen, snakes and greed-driven rats on this planet all just simply die a horrible death within the next 24 hours.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarket.io | New, self-moderated support and news thread. on: February 12, 2014, 08:00:37 AM
This:

I've been seeing a LOT of downtime/site offline since Coinmarket has gone over to Cloudflare.
Just figured I'd speak up, since I never saw downtime that wasn't announced prior to the changeover.

Secondly, this week has seen a transaction malleability problem; MtGox caused a ruckus (and got dumped by many foundations and organizations) by blaming it on Bitcoin core protocol, when it's obvious, to a BEGINNER like me (I don't even code anymore), that the problem is with hot wallets.

This brings us to two conclusions:

1) Dear users of Coinmarket; it's not 100% their fault. Integrating with Cloudflare looks to be a bad move (use a better, or custom DDOS solution please?)
2) Malleability problems suffered globally at the same time - please bloody stop using hotwallets! Additionally, using hot wallets ALLOWS for exchanges to practice Fractional Reserve Lending, a scam which has caused numerous economic collapses, and causes instant inflation to currencies.
3) Keep up the good work, but please do consider the above..

Sincerely, Anti-Hot-Wallets-Guy.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ★★ DigiByte ★★ [DGB] - What should we name the new DigiByte exchange? on: January 31, 2014, 06:25:21 AM
Best:
-ByteMe.com
-Byte.me
-Digi.me
-DGB.me

Acceptable:
-DigiTrade.com
-DigiMe.com
-ComeDigi.com
-DigiGate.com

If you get ByteMe.com or Byte.me, im gonna hold on to my DGB for quite. a. while.

Thats how awesome it would be.

Also, why not consider working together with coinmarket.io guys? i like those guys a lot.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PLATINUM BARS Launching 18th January 2014 on: January 14, 2014, 08:55:50 AM
there should be a requirement for ANNs to have a poll to outright just vote to delete announcements of such horrible coins like this one. and ban the user's IP for good measure.

this kind of scam coins are HURTING US ALL.

we as a community need to stick up for ourselves instead of letting all these snake oil salesmen run amok in our young market.
