ITO = Initial Token Offering
As far as i know is since there is now a clear distinction between Coin and Token, some projects do not call their own coins, but instead switch to calling the token correctly. Since then the concept of ITO was born.
Basically, the way it works and calls for capital, ITO and ICO are no different. The only difference is that the virtual currency you receive is a token, not a coin. However, currently most projects are still called ICOs even though they only issue tokens.
Token issued will have 2 types: Ultilities Token - Utility Token or Security Token - Token guarantee.
