На данный момент мы не зарегистрировали компанию. Учитывая тот факт, что мы планируем создать международный холдинг, совместно с аудиторской компанией мы разрабатываем структуру и выбираем удобную юрисдикцию оптимальную с точки зрения налогообложения, имиджа юрисдикции, удобства привлечения инвестиций и ряда других факторов. Кроме того это дорогая процедура. Данные расходы заложены в план развития компании и в том числе на реализацию первого этапа развития мы сейчас привлекаем инвестиции.

Для начала мы выходим на рынки 2-3 стран основных (США, Китай, Россия) где будем создавать первичную сеть франчайзи, запускать тестовые продажи и отлаживать всю систему. Только после этого, мы пойдем дальше. Да, работы очень много, будем делать всё от нас зависящее, что бы эти планы воплотились в жизнь.

На данный момент больше людей, постоянно задействованных в проекте нет, те задачи, которые стоят на первых этапах мы выполняем сами, либо привлекаем фрилансеров и сторонние компании.

Не все бизнесы начинают результативные бизнесмена какого-либо уровня. Вместе мы имеем опыт ведения разного рода бизнеса и управления проектами. Когда понадобятся компетенции  которых у нас нет, мы будем дополнять команду такими людьми. У нас есть согласие работы в нашем проекте CTO с опытом разработки в том числе проектов блокчейн и крипто направленности.
 
Первую версию ВП мы опубликовали на сайте.

Сейчас офис там, где мы. Совместно с юридической компанией мы разрабатываем структуру холдинга, который будет максимально удобен в плане налогообложения, привлекателен для инвесторов, удобен с точки зрения ведения международного бизнеса. Практика создания сайтов на шаблонах широко распространена. Во-первых, это быстро, во-вторых стоит недорого.
