Start xpchain-0.17.0-3-xxx-setup.exe and follow the pop up instruction to complete installation.

As we previously announced, XPC testnet will be updated.

This “testnet 2” is based on almost identical code with XPC-mainnet, but this is not the mainnet. Mainnet that will be used for XPC Airdrop will be released on the 23rd (PST) as scheduled.

1️⃣ How to join testnet 2

- Delete the previous testnet data directly.
- Delete previous testnet qt wallet.
Windows：Delete XPChain directly in %AppData%
Mac：Delete XPChain directly in ~/Library/Application Support/
- Start xpc_testnet2-qt

⚠️ Unless you follow these steps you won’t be able to connect to testnet 2.

- CCWallet and XPC faucet has been update for the testnet 2.
- You can get coins for the testnet 2 from XPC faucet.

2️⃣ What has been changed from the previous testnet?
- Initial issue amount related updates
　　・Reward per block up to block number 10275 : 11,000,000
　　・Last PoW block number : 10275
　　・First PoS block number : 10276
- Maturing time for minting has been changed to 3 days.
- Minting GUI tab has been added.
　　・Minting tx and time is now displayed.
- ABPoS has been implemented.
　　・You can select receiving address for the PoS reward from the settings dropdown.
　　・PoS will be sent to selected address/es by typing the address and the percentage of the reward into the multisend section.
　　・Settings won’t change unless you make a change to it.
⚠️If you don’t set this up, rewards will be sent to the qt wallet.
- Implementation of unlock function.
    ・Unlocking is necessary to PoS with qt wallet.
　　・You can unlock wallet from the settings dropdown.


3️⃣ What will be changed for the mainnet wallet?
- Check point for the block number 10275 will be noted.
