our client want to buy the larger amount of BTC ( approx 10K ) at this stage.

We have ready signed LOI to send.

Ff everything works fine we could continue in more deals. From the start we'll make a small test transaction for e.g. 100USD to confirm both sides wallet addresses should work like due diligence. Using the escrow services (bank, notary, attorney) or independent escrow provider.

Would like to go with following process:

• 1. Sign NCNDA / Send signed LOI
• 2. Proof of Funds / Proof of Coins (best way signed message from wallet or other relevant proof - call etc.)
• 3. Pass through KYC / AML process
• 5. Signed contracts (PSA, IMFPA)
• 6. Transfer funds to Escrow account (bank, notary, attorney) we could use independent escrow provider
• 7. Transfer BTC to buyer's wallet - when transaction get agreed number of confirmation funds be released from escrow to seller's account
