Great guy. Trustworthy and easy going all throughout the trade. Would definitely trade again if need be.

WTB 100k NXT @ 0.00008
PM me if interested.

Along with the legal aspects, there are many risks with this project. However, there is a solid team in place and it is the people that interest me.
At what time (please also state the timezone) will the IPO start on Feb 1st?

FrictionlessCoin, I still dont know if this project is a serious venture. I do like NXT as they seem to have competent devs but I can throw 5000 NXT into the pot if NEX progresses well.

FrictionlessCoin is now busy with NEX. Perhaps IXCoin development will have to wait?
I dont know whether FrictionlessCoin is serious about NEX or its a big comedy show.
Interesting nevertheless.

Another thread. If we keep going, we will all have millions of units x millions of NXT Descendants.
They may not be worth anything but I am Interested.......

I am interested, too.
BTW, how about distributing coins based on Bitcoin ledger?
For example, the first big distribution occurs proportionally to the amount of bitcoins held. After that, gradual distribution of lottery system calculated from all Bitcoin's block headers and balance (this will ensure on-going distribution which is unpredictable).
Also, this will make all existing bitcoins (and future coins) worth more, which (I think) is good for the entire cryptocoin's faith.
It would be interesting to start a discussion on how best to fairly distribute the coins. Distribution should not be proportional to how wealthy you are. Rather is should be based on another metric. Distrubution similar to Bitcoin should be proportional to the effort expended to secure and improve the network. How that is done is open to discussion. Funding (wealth) and human effort (time) are both resources. I agree distribution for any coin should not be based on purely wealth, however neither should it be based on purely human effort. Both resource units go hand in hand i.e. both wealth and human effort can be donated towards the success of a project. This topic need more discussion I agree.

I understand that "Decentralized Asset Exchange / Colored Coins" has been completed but does anyone know when this feature be implemented in NXT?

....Unfortunately if VisaCoin is found, he may suffer in a way that I can't control.
I hope VisaCoin thinks things over and returns the bitcoin. He knows he is at risk now. If my announcement gets translated and posted in the chinese forum, things will happen.
I applaud this vigilante/investigator approach and support it. You have taken initiative - well done.

Interested - we now have GetVisaCoin and NEX. Resources are being stretcheeeeeeed.

We have important things on schedule now risking to be overlooked: - convince CEX.io, once their beta testing is finished, to add IXC trading: open an account, send your request, deposit some IXC just to encourage the trading - start selling IXCoin on ebay - promote IXC on forums, with video, chatting on CEX.io, contacting shops to add IXC, try to find a common ground of development with other teams, etc. - windows client - effective press releases - convince BTC-e to welcome back - convince BTC38 to add iXcoin - decide the final logo - create a better website with professional multi language platform - etc...
I want to add to your list, have coindesk write an article about iXcoin. Identify other news sources to publish about iXcoin. Folks, we really have a good story here once NUCD comes out. Like everything of value it takes time to develop. When do you estimate that NUCD will be released? and how is it progressing?

Currently on the IXCoin website there are two wallet options.
1. iXcoin 0.3.24.3 2. iXcoin 0.8.6
The second one carries with it a warning that it is still being tested.
I have two questions
1. I see FrictionlessCoin is working on developing the wallet and some other areas but is he working alone as a developer?
2. Which is the recommended wallet for download and use? And what is the future plans for encrypted wallets?
0.3.24.3 is the legacy wallet and his around for 2 1/2 years, this is your safe bet. 0.8.6 was just created recently and like any other software requires some time to mature. So far it works without any issue that I have found. I have other developers who build the QT client. Right now I am waiting on one of them to release the Windows QT binaries. 0.8.6 already encrypts wallets. 0.8.6 has all the functionality of the latest Bitcoin client. Thanks for the information.

I burned via blockchain.info wallet a few days ago and can see that it has been recorded in the blockscan. It has registered XCP against it.
I understand the Private Keys need to be imported from the blockchain.info wallet into BitcoinQT and then we need to use CounterPartyd to send XCP to the Bitcoin address.
Is that correct?

A website and logo means nothing on its own. It takes 5 mins and a few dollars to set up which anyone can do.
We need to see the whitepaper and some techinal progress/development work. Then we can evaluate if this is a serious project.
When will the whitepaper be ready? Or techincal information be released?

There is no point contacting cryptocoincharts or creating marketing material if there is nothing to back it up.
