This is how I updated the MN wallet on VPS / vultr end: Logged in to vps denariusd stop sudo apt-get install libevent-dev cd /denarius git pull cd src make -f makefile.unix sudo mv ~/denarius/src/denariusd /usr/local/bin/denariusd denariusd --daemon Then to check correct version running: Should say "version" : "v3.0.0.0"

So much volume in the last 24hrs. We were up 200% at one point. Green candle + big volume = especially bullish.

theres an exploit that allows you to reset your mn with a script and move to the front of the queue and steal rewards, masternodes are paying nothing at the moment and its been this way for over a week.
Yep, being worked on by team as we speak. This from Carsen: "Updates for MNs will be coming soon, there is currently no ETA, but I do hope to get to it ASAP! v3 of Denarius is still in progress as well with Ring Signatures, Tor, and I2P.... For those wondering, I will never leave Denarius, stay loyal!"

so my 6 GPU rig gives me 147MH hash, with which i can only have loss if i decide to mine. why still people are mining this or any ASIC work for this algo?
No one answered my question so i researched by myself and found out people are mining with HUGE hash through FPGA: Tribus (Denarius, Virtus): 16.8GH/s (2.1GH/s per card x eight) ($304/day at Apr-30 prices) See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3459858.0This is the reason that rates went down. We are all well aware of this (see earlier posts), and managed to fight off the attack by unifying our PoS efforts to make it unprofitable for them.

On days like today when the whole market looks like it's going to die and I start feeling despair over the state of my portfolio, I like to read over Genesis Vision articles and blogs, and it makes me excited for the future.

I think this thread needs more anger and depression. And moar rage quit. I suggest you realize your losses and just dump it to 1 satoshi. Nothing good comes out of waiting and complaining as the price gradually lowers. Agree. If you're unhappy, sell and move on. But the whining....it's got to stop. Please... Yes there a lot of folks in here who can't handle red. News flash: almost everything is red. But IMO Dent has made the most progress out of any coin in the top 300. Fundamentals have only improved with each month. I'm hodling tight until the next altcoin season and may even buy more. The impatient will be the ones who miss out here.

1. the developer has long left the project. 2. Problems with masternodes. no one is going to fix the rewards. How can you like this project when the coin does not develop?
Sadly this is true. Tricky as devs went full steam on this for many months and now its at a standstill. Sadly that you try to trick people because both devs: enkayz and carsenk are online in discord for now, moreover: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=860708 Last Active: August 04, 2018, 05:58:37 AM. The question - Why did you do this? Portraying a dialogue with https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2332754Date Registered: August 07, 2018, 05:01:56 PM Last Active: August 07, 2018, 05:08:20 PM Which was registered for a single post in this thread and was online for 6.5 min. That's right. I think there has been a misunderstanding. Denarius team and community still very active.

Sadly this is true. Tricky as devs went full steam on this for many months and now its at a standstill. I'm confused. Are you talking about DNR? Carsen is still on board, or am I wrong?

Yea its quite interseting. The DNR community all rallied together and took on with the FPGA miners with the POS idea, now the FPGA miners are currently mining less than half what they used to thanks to everyone. DNR has a very bright future ahead of it and can see it valued in the 10's of dollars in the short term, in the 100's of dollars mid term and the long term the possibility is endless.
Couldn't agree more. Looking at previous highs at the most recent bull trend I put my target for DNR in 2019 at ~$115. This may be pushed back by 6-9 months depending on the ETF situation - I think this will ring in an earlier bull.

Is there any events related to this?
What sort of events?

Denarius was the first to be attacked by the FPGA miner(s) who crazily dumped their coins immediately.
We will not, however, be the last.
The community banded together to thwart the miner(s) efforts. I believe many coins could learn a thing or two from the way DNR handles things.
This is without a doubt the most undervalued coin on offer.

Hi guys,
I currently have multiple different address in one wallet, each with a small amount of BTC. I want to combine all of these into a single address, without having to do multiple transactions (not worried about fees, just the time it will take). Is there a debug command like 'sendmany' which will allow me to consolidate all the BTC across these addresses into one address?
Thanks

This is interesting, might give it a go. If not happy with the returns, is this a command to get all the coins back into one address rather than do 500 transactions?

Like many major COINS, Denarius is waiting for the price of engines to rebound in the bitcoin market. Now there is no choice but to wait.
I agree. I like the look of this coin, but I would love to see some plans for where it is headed. What are the plans for future development? I see that Trezor was requested some time ago - is this still in the pipeline?
