I usually look at a site like PriceWatch to get the range of prices that are out there. Then I buy from the cheapest site that I actually trust. Usually if Amazon or Newegg have a card that's somewhat close in price to the lowest price, I buy from one of them. They are both really good with returns if something is wrong with the card, and their shipping is fast.
