Halkbet.com is SCAM, they did crime and fraud to me and did not pay me my winnings.
I am in process of suing them!

I deposited Eur 700 and won EUR 3800.
They accepted my deposit and my bets and after I won, they blocked me and added Cyprus country as restricted.
