There's nothing dangerous about crypto. The only reason why most countries fight it is because it will move power to the masses. Crypto will decentralize the long existing financial system and make everyone a leader of his own, and many world leaders don't want the masses to share in their power and ambience.

I understand the pains, but I guess the unfortunate thing there is that you didn't quite understand crypto very well before you joined. You didn't know about the volatility.
Well, I can suggest is that there's no need selling, especially as you have other income sources. Just hold on and let's see what December has in stock, because if you should sell now, it means that the 8 months you wasted have been in vain.
