But what about banking cooperation? Who will organize it if there are many banks in the system?

Recently I studied the B1.cash site, but I could not understand why they have their own crypto currency? Is not it easier to start a usual aggregator of banks and provide a single service?

Yes, I've also heard that the starting was moved to July, on the block 531 000
