Some numbers:

There are roughly 21M USD to invest in properties.
Also roughly 10M tokens to invest in the platform between all investors.
The team has ~4M tokens too.
And ~5.7M tokens reserve and bounty.

The apartments they bought cost around 1.5-2M USD, which is roughly 10% of the investment capital.

If only these apartments are listed on the platform at launch there are 2 scenarios for the investors:

1 - The exchange rate is adapted, so all investors can participate and earn rent until more properties are acquired. Basically the rent will be quite low, because it has to be distributed between everyone who invests, which I assume will be most people.
2 -  The exchange rate is calculated from the the 20M USD and 10M tokens and the quickest investors to react will be the only one to invest due to limited properties.

Also is it known if the team will invest its 4M tokens?

I am just trying to find out the most likely scenario for the launch.
What do you think?

You cannot compare the ico price. 90% of ICO are dumping after token sale. But in part that's true the platform has to start with the ico price and then after a while can be pass to market price...we will see in a week

In case I prefer that they will follow the market valuation, because in the future will better for every body. If they will fix a minimum valuatio, it will bad because they risk to create an economical bouble. If the token will regulate accord with the market, the eth incomes will decide the token valuation.

Maybe he is just Fudding around and even he did report it how could they file a case if the case is the team was anonymous and it can be a case because it is not yet prove as a scam. I don't know the reason why he is a butthurt in bitwhite while the developments are still in progress.

Till now, apart the issue with Apple, they respected the road map, and the project it's very nice. If they will respect the road map untill 30 of dicember there is no reason to say that BTW is a scam project. So, I still trust them and hold BTW

:-) it was April...then May...Then we wish june...But to be honest I think that it will open on September/October because we are 4000 investors and they don't have buildings for everibody...They just bought one, to start they need other 5/6 (minimum) to supply the investor request. Without real estate investment the token Is useless and the price will dump to 0.01 Dollars in 3 days

We expect platform available next month.

No worry if only Thai project or more because not everyone want to use their tokens for the first project. Some only want them to speculate. Example: Still 175k tokens stored in Gatecoin cold wallet since ICO. 410k tokens in Etherdelta. 60k in IDEX.

We have seen the worst. Now REAL token will start go up.
If token goes to 0.01 or 0.1 dollar we will buy them all.

Target price: 2.0 USD

I will buy more Too if the price dumps :-) This market is very emotional, A lot of people has FUD

It was postponed many time unfortunately. First the reason was low funding and then regulations.
But it seems everything is ready. And they have an apartment and trying to get second one.
Quantity is not important for me at first. One or two is totally enough for the start I guess. Because if the system is working properly and users demanding new ones, they can easily get.

You are right there is 10 million tokens but I think just little amount portion of that will come platform at the beginning.
At least I'm planning to invest around 5% of my tokens.

I will check too, all depends of the projects that they will offer on the platform, maybe the bests one will arrive in some months, but the think that you can sell your participation it's great, and I have to check how is the RRP distribution, if the price improve like the token valuation or will be just a landing fixed price opportunity

Perhaps, but I think that will be september or october....they have just 10 appartments and 10milions of tokens to allocate...they have to start the plaform with more buildings, because if isn't like it,  it will like a completly joke, nobody will trust and I will invest in a professional company that share me opportunity not just 10 apparment and 1000Real to buy 1 RRP. If they don't have buildings to open the platform what we can invest...or the people quickness will enter on the investments and the people that open an account after two day has useless real???

As an extremely patient and forgiving Investor, once you get the securities license, build your community support and acknowledge the importance of it. It is what gets crypto companies listed on exchanges.

The team has exhibited bad risk management with it's choice to not scale out of its ether holdings after such a spectacular run in ethers price in 2017.

Please stop being so hardheaded and build community support. Airdrops, freebies. Look to coins like Theta, Lala world and Pundi X. Your marketing has been so elementary it saddens me. Please start to market immediately once the license is approved or my tokens will be worthless without listings, as will yours.

Who will keep the community together? REAL team or? Who will keep us informed regularly? REAL team or?
Hopefully the platform goes live in this month and we can what they have been to on real.

It should be up to marketing and PR.

It is a nuisance. Facts are no-one will list them without a strong community. Something they have yet to acknowledge. I have been part of countless icos and can see many of the best founders always prioritize community. They need to do this once the license is approved.


Yes but we bought an Idea, they don't have nothing anyway, this is the First Rc20 token that is working like a Share of a Real estate company. It can be a great success or a bad mistake. If they wanted, they would have escaped with 800 eth, but if they continue to be active, it means they are working hard to get it off the ground....I wish so

The problem of the Cryptovers is the comunication and FUD. If you are not social, you cannot develop somthing in BlockChain? The market is competitive and most of time has more value a tweet respect to a project, this i the problem. I bought REAl and hold it, yes I am a bit angry with them because a simple post every month looks like a joke. But I still hope that they will speak with the facts. So take the risk and wait them Platform (If it will arrive) Roll Eyes
