2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: next trend in blockchain/crypto?? on: January 07, 2019, 10:51:30 PM
I am intrigued with MOAC because they have lots of support and adoption in china. i think they even came out with a book that details their use cases

Reminds me of the time when NEO had their ICO. Chinese projects have lots of potential imo

And i should remind you when PBOC forced NEO to return all of the money that has raised during ico to the investors again, they have no money to create a proper development progress. that's so sad and then NEO getting plunged to the bottom.

Have you looked into moac? chinese project too

yea great project. chinese ones are always hit or miss but this one's a gem  Grin

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: thoughts on ampleforth? on: January 07, 2019, 10:46:40 PM
any stable coin is not interesting to me. does not matter who would support it. stable coins for me are not cryptocurrencies.

technically ampleforth isn't a stablecoin. Read into their model here: https://www.ampleforth.org/

7  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Blockchain conference list????? on: September 26, 2018, 06:25:57 PM
I know coindesk has one but doesn't always include every conference that rolls around. If you're in sf, then yea sf blockchain week is pretty huge this year. they got all of the big guys out. I'm still debating on going but will probably do it since tickets are not as expensive as I would expect them to be: http://sfblockchainweek.io/

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 22, 2018, 07:44:07 AM
Now this is due to the crypto market performing very bad this year. Even bitcoin has given a poor performance.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN is useless!? on: August 22, 2018, 07:41:29 AM
Bitcoin is not useless. Anyone calling it useless is just not able to understand the concept and d potential.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: August 22, 2018, 07:39:45 AM
Google would like to launch their own crypto instead of supporting existing coins. Their ad revenue is already on decline.

You are right but there is no fault of bitcoins in this. The developers wanted it to currency but it is the users who decide the ultimate use.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Awareness is the biggest influence. on: July 06, 2018, 04:17:10 AM
I think BTC has already got most of online promotions, any person who uses internet is already aware of crypto. Offline promotions can help more now.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to earn money online? on: June 26, 2018, 06:59:34 AM
Public speaking doesn't appeal to everyone, in fact I know of many people who would rather cut off their right arm than get up in front of an audience to speak!

That said, public speaking is a great way to promote your website using various methods.

Training and motivating your affiliates to promote your online business is important. To make your affiliate program pay off big you will have to invest time in training your affiliates, giving them tools to promote your site such as pre written emails, articles, images etc.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Low BTC price is good for Bitcoins at the moment. on: June 12, 2018, 03:07:09 PM
Low price of Bitcoins will attract new people to join the rally, now that a lot more people can afford to buy a ''Full Bitcoin''

But the price growth is really bad. A lot of people are already stuck with their investments which they made at $15k or even more.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Right time to buy bitcoin "again" ??? on: June 12, 2018, 03:05:25 PM
You can invest at current price levels. I do not think that it will go down anymore and we may see a bull run soon.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: June 12, 2018, 02:59:40 PM
Whenever I get asked by anyone how to invest in property, I respond with a series of questions:

What are your financial aims?

In other words what are you after?

Are you seeking an income, capital or both?
