You are right. We will pay what is owed when the token is created at our TDE. Everyone will get their tokens.

For anyone in doubt, we decided to close our Twitter and Facebook bounties due to more than 90% of participants being dead accounts (i.e. <0.1% follower interaction, just like iconoclast's). For reference: https://www.facebook.com/CMRoxburgh/ & https://twitter.com/CMRoxburgh.

The bounty even stated that dead accounts would be banned.

As anyone can see on our Github, what we are building is legit. We have no intentions of disappointing investors or people who put in honest work to help us, but we have zero tolerance for people who spam on social media and expect a reward for it.
