if you have much money you can buy ETH and BCH and then hold long term
if have not much money you can buy coin with cheap price ADA, XRP , XML stellar and more

My thoughts it's impossible in my country, cuz my guessing is like 10% of people have been in touch with bitcoin and like 5% still using it so, I don't think so. Even if that 5% tried to make something it wouldn't go well.
