1  Economy / Services / Re: Butter Bot!: New Bitstamp, BTC-E, and MtGox EMA Trading Platform on: January 29, 2014, 04:09:59 AM
Hello all,

I've properly configured BB for trading on BTC-e, but I don't know what the "Bitstamp Client ID" is for Bitstamp.  I left it blank and as you might guess, it doesn't trade.  I *have* read everything I can find without an answer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Randy :=),
  The "client ID" is your client number/username.

Please let me know if you need anything at all.

Pablo.

That was pretty easy (once I was given the answer).  :-)  Now it's alive and working.

Pablo, Thank you for being here for all of us!

Randy

Since I have to create a post to get out of the newbie status, I'll do that here!

I'm currently following the new Ron Paul Coin (RPC).  I've started mining it already just from the info I've found on their thread.  It seems like it will be somewhat rare compared to many of the other alt currencies they list.  The total distribution of RPC will be 2.1 million.  This is a tenth of BTC.

I'm very new to all this, so I don't know if that all has much value, but it's more fun to mine alt currencies than to play video games.  And mining has the potential to give back some of my investment in my hardware.

Wish me luck in mining!
