Someone rented my rig tonight and it went to Pool offline. Give some extended time to be a good seller, but untill now the status is Pool offline. Does this mean the renters pool is offline? My Rig shows still working. Informed the renter about the Pool offline status with the communication tool. Cant get more information from renter, because the profile is not found or private.
Does this status means the renters pool is offline? Will I get my BTC if this situation will not be changed from renters side? (Already made some restart and checked my rig and it is working.) Will I get a bad eputation due to this status?
Two rentals and the only time without problems was the time between, when mining at another pool. Hope I will get the BTC. Otherwise I need to change to the other pool.
We only issue refunds if it is truly a rig issue. Renter pool issues are not the fault of a rig owner, and thus are not refunded against. You'll be paid fully for the rental as long as your rig is operating properly and attempting to connect/mine for the renter.

So how about user: BTCMINERSdotINFO https://www.miningrigrentals.com/u/BTCMINERSdotINFOAll his "rigs" is rented hash from nicehash so when he gets order he just re-rents it from nicehash for sometime even twice lower amount. Of course when price on NH is not profitable...well those RPI scores are low but who cares right... I wrote ticket to support but of course there was not even respond from them, which makes me conclude owner is either part of that scam or even owner of that account. Which ticket number did you open? We have no unanswered tickets presently. We have banned that user many times, he always comes back under a different name. We're still working on a solution in order to stop these nicehash resellers -- but in the meantime we refund against every one of their rentals that comes anywhere under their advertised rate. If we somehow missed your rental, please open a ticket (or reply to the one you said you opened), and we will resolve this immediately Thanks for using MRR

keep up the good services merc
Thanks! when renting hashing power its a crapshoot on if your goign to break even / lose / or win
That's especially true if you rent an algo such as X11, while it is inflated for a coin such as PEPE.. but point it towards it's staple coin (DASH).

I congratulate you!!! until you are lucky !!! I do not like how do their work administrator and salesman algorithm rented me !!! I lost this lease 50% deposit !!! give me back my lost money and the problem is solved !!!
I have given you 100% of the price of your last rental (which completed at 107% the advertised hashrate, mind you) Please no longer use our service. It's obviously not good for you at this time.

Your playground is advertised as profitable for investors !!! 4 hours to once again try to prove that all empty ring !!!
We do not advertise as profitable for investors. Renting is not always profitableYou have to do your research to determine if or when you want to rent. Every rig listed on our service is owned by another individual who, like you, want's to make a profit.

expensive merc82 !!! for what purpose you invite to your site I know the answer to this question I'm not sure what else we can do to satisfy you. The rental was ended early by your request after 1.7 hours -- of which the rental produced 20% of the total expected shares. You were refunded 100% of the rental cost which means you received the hashing for free. Let me know what more you would like me to do and I will do my best to accommodate if it is reasonable.

yes, it counts. i can see it in my ratings
I thought it did. In ratings can not see that.. Extended time does count towards the amount of hashrate that the rig is to provide. Our system calculates the number of expected shares the advertised hashrate should provide over the length of the rental. It then compares that to the final share count at the end of the rental (extended or otherwise). Any missing shares is what our system refunds on (we do allow a slight margin to account for issues that are outside of any rig owners control).

cavaliersrus, I lead a conversation with the administrator !!! he knows information 100% !!! to correct the situation does not want to !!! it is not profitable for him !!! It hides the real facts rental history
We also refunded you in full for your rental (despite it hashing for you, just under performing)

This rig has had 255 recent rentals that completed without a single fault. and 2 with a fault.. the RPI is accurate.

Just a reminder -- we have an eu-de01.miningrigrentals.com proxy up to help alleviate some load on our eu-01 proxy and improve latency for users in that area

Things seem better again. The other day they refunded me some from a (another) bad renter, out of their pocket, even though it should have come out of the renter's pocket, so kudos on that part.
Is there a way to block bad or stupid renters? I have a few people that keep renting my rigs and always set incorrect difficulty and then never use my help via the communications system. Then when the rental is not working well, they get a big refund (even though my rigs were used the whole time and were not going to backup pools, and lower my scores. Maybe they do it on purpose?
I try to do my best to help renters and misinformed people, even directly trying to help with their specific pools but some people just don't 'get it'..
Can we block these guys yet?
TY
At this time you cannot block renters from renting your rigs. Though we may look into adding this feature. The biggest issue that MRR presently has is Nicehash re-sellers. Nicehash re-seller rigs make up 95% of our ticket volume on a daily basis due to the difficulty requirements that nicehash has, and due to these re-sellers not using fixed orders to fulfill the rentals. We're going to be taking an active stance against these types of actions as it is providing the worst possible experience for our renters.

.... **EDIT** I was going to reply in full to your claims but decided it wasn't my bag. Yes, your support (maybe you) 'fixed' an issue with a payment you guys sent with a too-low fee, which took almost 48hour to confirm. (Even blockchain said it was below the recommended fee.) And by 'fix' I was told to wait it out as it's out of your hands... . Sooo... not sure you can call that a 'fix'.. Regarding your 'presence' or lack of on this forum. I understand people are busy, but considering you make your $$$ renting crypto hashing services and this is the BIGGEST and most active crypto forum , you would think you or your company would put more of an effort to keep people happy and informed, etc... Much easier to diffuse a situation in public than let it brew and more and more people chime in and it's part of a searchanble history when someone tries to google your reviews. It's basic business sense. Either way, 'Meh' Is all I can say to your rebuttal to my points before.. My apologies if our replies aren't what you were hoping for. Please feel free to open a ticket or email us if you wish to continue this discussion. Thanks for using MRR

Wish I had checked this thread out before I tried them out. One rig for three hour rental is doing fine, the other rented for twenty four connected then went to zero hash after 15 minutes and two different pools. Mining on both with my own rigs so I know the pools are fine.
Owner said he'll try to reboot, so far no joy.
And MRR hasn't canceled or refunded either.
-from OP - "Automatic rental cancellations if you rent a rig that is offline for at least 20 minutes of the first 30 minutes of the rental. Rent with confidence!"
If that's the case, the site has changed a lot since I went used it around June 2015. At that time, each time I had a problem with low hashrate or no hashrate, I get refunded proportionally to the working time I had. It used to. But lately their support is either missing, or they are pocketing the differences in lost hash rate.. They still have NOT responded in this thread about this lately... Makes you wonder. Again.... ANYONE Know of a better rental service out there that you can trust? I'm all ears.. Wish Betarigs would still be running, But those morons ran it into the wall within a month. The biggest problem is the amount of support tickets we have to deal with due to users funneling nicehash hashrates without using fixed orders. They then do not deliver on their advertised rates, which forces the renter to have a bad experience, and open tickets.. causing longer delays in support requests for actual issues. (All missing hash is refunded within 12 hours with or without a ticket being opened). We're working on a way to prevent this from happening.. but many of these nicehash funnelers are legit with fixed orders.. so wading through the 'crap' orders is being somewhat difficult.

I've given up on this for now. Still though. Over the past week or so I've opened up a bunch of tickets regarding rentals that performed at a more than 10% loss vs what I paid for and your tech support closed all with this line : Pool error: High price. No order to work on ?? Pool was fine, you can see on the other rentals, and it's clear-cut that I received a lot less than purchased, yet got hozed in the process.. What gives?!?!? I don't use this site anymore since last year, i thought this site have been gone . Since i lost trust on them when i rent a rig then it looks fake rig (i mean the rig under performance as stated). And their support are sucks once i ask to get refund. All tickets are responded to within 12 hours. All refunds are processed in the same manner they always have been.

Good site but worse at support ...
advise if u have a problems with your ring(avg speed) DO NOT GIVE Extend Rental Time it is in vain!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately your extra hours still didn't fully compensate the renter for the missing hash. The difference was refunded

Does MRR have vip Member area? or Exclusive fee for Rig owner if they have high rent volume?
We do not. All renters and rig owners are treated the same
