As currently structured, there is a 10% fee on returns up to the return target (20% monthly, or 5% weekly) and a 25% fee on returns in excess of the target. The fees are deducted from return distributions, so there is no action required of investors. Fees are only assessed on profit, never the capital invested. To allow time for investors to reinvest returns should they so choose, the distribution date has been moved up to the day prior to the contribution close for the following trading period. Contributions close at 18:00 UTC each Monday, with distributions occurring at roughly the same time on Sunday.

Therefore, the first return distribution will occur in 4 days on May 6.

Due to its rapid transactions, Stellar (XLM) is an excellent cryptocurrency for conducting arbitrage. Although price gaps are often just a tenth of a cent or less, compounding returns and frequent trading add up to a more than respectable return that results in Veritas Capitals 20% target.

ICOs are not part of the investment strategy. Any trade which involves holding an unhedged position, as would be necessary when buying into an ICO and waiting for exchange listings to exit at a profit, is not appropriate for the risk and return profile of the Generational Fund.
