I am planning to run a project which involves a new blockchain and a new perspective at crypto currency. I need some individuals for this which are:
1. Amazing at Bittorent and know perfectly how it works (the coding and development part of such a client)
2. Whitepaper experts (is there such an expertise?  )
3. Blockchain experts - knows all about the creation of a blockchain; how it works and how to make one
4. Can be perfect critics of any block chain related endeavor

I need only 4 experts- one for each of the above fields. These experts will get a major share of our newly developed cryptocurrency. Please keep in mind that you will have to be online often and will have to stay and present your ideas in the 5 people only discord group. At the moment, all interested individuals may join a bigger group which may contain as many individuals as are interested; however their expertise will be accepted in only the above given areas. 4 individuals will then be choesen from all the interested individuals in the discord chat and will be taken out for a seperate group chat by the end of this month. I actually did do minergate myself; not just pc but via my android too...its crazy though- their fees are too high! Any other suggestions? To be honest, I dont even use my laptop much and I only intend to make use of the limited amount of time that I spend on it...So basically no intention here to mine 24/7... I use my laptop for highschool too so I need it to run for at least 2 years (minimum)...
So any other ideas or comments?

What about government pay? here in Australia the government provides an allowance for the student during his/her college years. Will it be paid in litabit as well? wouldnt that also affect whether it is centralised or decentralised?
