The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with the full lifecycle of software development. This Front End Developer must be well versed with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Required Skills

Design experience, ideally with online gaming
Expert knowledge of JavaScript
Expert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
Experience with Ruby on Rails and HAML would be nice
Knowledge of Jquery library for animation / Sounds

Bitcoin mining these days is for the pros. Your idea of mining a smaller alt-coin and trading those coins into bitcoin is pretty much how it's done these days for people that want to mine casually. Just remember that eventually, every alt coin that's popular today will most likely disappear, so don't sweat things like exchange rates. In the long run, we are all dead.
