Hm, the tool is doing everything described in your guide, but in automated way. The only thing that you will need is the original GPU bios. More over you don't need a Windows machine to patch your bios, so it is perfect for Linux or Mac OS users.
It does not! It does mem shifting! The worst way you can mod the bios. You can run exe on Linux and Mac... BTW PBE 1.6.7 can be compiled for Linux very easily.I'm not going to argue with you. I'm a Mac user and all my rigs and GPUs are running on Linux (Ubuntu in my case). So, this tool is setting the correct memory strap (1500 in my case), memory and core clocks, which suits my needs. I'm having sapphire nitro+ rx 570 and rx 470 cards, flashed with BIOS images produced by this tool.
However, if anyone wants to use it, they can do it. Otherwise Polaris BIOS editor or SRBPolaris are still the best option to mod your BIOS.
