1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What do you want to see out of the next "big" coin? on: June 26, 2018, 12:58:21 AM
With the market the way it has been the last few months and the attempted regulation by some governments, I feel this is a time for other projects/coins/tokens/ICO's to start standing out against the top 5 and start moving up the list more. So I'm curious what the populous thinks when it comes to the next "big" coin.

What upcoming projects/coins/tokens/ICO's do you see being the next "big" coin?
What is important to you about the next "big" coin?
What features do you want to see?

Thanks

Bounty programs are usually the best ways to get free coins while not spending or holding. You complete some mindless tasks for the dev team and you are rewarded for your work. Be active in their specific community forums to also pick up tasks outside of the bounty programs and/or do something for the network outside of the bounty programs.

One of the few Alts I invest in DeepOnion and they have "VoteCentral" which is a voting platform for new ideas, changes, and innovations for the network. As being a part of VoteCentral and contributing more, you can participate in airdrops. I will note, the more you hold and the more you DO, the more you earn in the airdrops. Someone on the Onion team also created a faucet which you can enter in a DeepOnion address and it will send you a small amount of DeepOnion to your wallet that you can stake.

There are also tokens or coins that let you "stake". Simply hold a coin and leave your wallet running. By doing this, you obtain a certain percentage of your holdings each year (10% is usually the rate). So if you hold say 500 DeepOnion, you get 10% of that (so 5 onion is delivered to you). Don't get a lot this way, but you can still earn by simply holding.

There are other ways of getting free coins, but bounty programs and staking will be your most prevalent, but will cost you the least.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise from now until the end of the year? on: June 25, 2018, 05:55:05 PM
I'm going to presume the price will go down to anywhere between 4k and 2k. This will probably be due to SEC and global operations to regulate existing ICO's or token offerings and crack down on sketchy ICO's. Once the storms pass, I think we will see another upswing and it will be bullish (In all markets, not just Bitcoin). 20k? Not sure about that price, but I'll be expecting the price to bottle back up by EOY.

So far I've been to Latvia, France, and Denmark.

Would love to travel to the all Baltic's, Alaska, Egypt, United Kingdom, Italy, South Africa, Russia, Peru, Chili, Japan. Australia and Singapore. Right before I die I want to see the Himalayas as one last beautiful marvel.
