Thank you for the update and extremely valuable information. When the difficulty jumped to 1.7T, I figured something nefarious was happening.
And because Centrix is a semi-centralized/decentralized cryptocurrency, they were able to fix this as the mining solely acts as a fair distribution network and not connected to transactions at all. So it mean that transactions go uninterrupted and mining difficulty could be fixed (algo wasn't calculating properly) and now is! |

The introduction of chain-of-ownership technology as a direct replacement for blockchain is fascinating. Blockchain has been the backbone of crypto for over a decade, offering decentralization. How does CLC ensure trust without a distributed ledger? Are there historical examples of similar centralized ledgers working effectively in financial systems?
So from what I understand, Its distributed in a way so back ups are ensured across public nodes and if it were ever need to be taken over by community (which it won't) then it is possible. But i feel like its a really smart I'd to have a centralized/decentralized hybrid model for many reasons including increasing security and giving a more controlled approach. |
