I have two running 24/7 @ 950mhz/1000Mhz, 60c and 85c (going to reseat the heat-sink tomorrow).
Anyway i'm getting 240Mhas/s each, but it's very hard to squeeze more Mh/s from them. Even if you up the voltage and go higher, you'll get very minimal results.
