do you need a second pm for that we lost? We do not see any movement of second payment!
hope to be wrong but your policy of refunds is hidden in the darkness...

What about second round of payments? 
I m under this situation so many time....that I lose my faith!
I really like to close this epic refund process even  with a lose

The issue is that the story is getting old...The roadmap is not clear at all...and the figures did not give very good prosperity for a final solution...

when will be the next payment round?

I received 0.1 BTC of 1BTC+ of my investment.... hope to get more. I had sent on 31 May the pm with my info...

well we are missing something.
BTC-ARBS can be the ANGLY guy of the whole story. As we ask our coin coins back, we forget the story that, as BTC-ARBS said, site was hacked.
IF the story is true, we have a BAD guy, hacking and draining our coins. Here comes the point of this: Crypto community is very knowledge powerfull guys (the NICE guys) that care. As someone found BTC-ARBS and his family, it is possible to find the REAL hacker (if exists) and make him pay for the whole mess!

As BTC-ARBS has the logs, we look forward to get a share of these logs that prove that site was hacked. SO, BTC-ARBS can we have a prove of hacking. Also Hacking is a international crime. BTC-ARBS did you do any legal movement about it?

I 've received a pm from BTC-ARBS, asking info. I sent them on 28 of june but STILL NO REFUNDS!
Does BTC-ARBS still on process of the refunding or it is a dead end? I ask this because I m not a often visitor of the thread.

situation is getting confused.
some got paid on the day that the send email/pm. others that sent email early they did not get any answer. BTC-Arbs keeping his cards closed, forces all the unpaid guys to get crazy. not good for us and no good for him.

Can someone do the sum of the coins are mising? I see till now, the 500 are enough to pay back all that they are on spreadsheet

@BTC-ARBS : if your family was "reached" , everyone can do it, sharing our knowledge! the power of anonymity has both sides. You used the one side, now you get the other

@BTC-ARBS: you just paid 3-4 people.....others with 1 BTC + did not got anything....
What are the plans?
I sent the email and pm 2 days ago, but I suppose you did not even opened yet. it is getting such a mess for 3-4rd time about the function of BTC-ARBS.
I m not a god believer, so I believe what people do and act....

I m guessing that "some" btc that he was holding have ended  
I m getting angry because even the story with legacy funds came up, I keeped the returns (pennies) on the main wallet, instead of putting them out.
BTC-Arbs has to declare the plan of when we ALL will get ALL our btc. There is NO truth till now what really happened, what is happening and how would be finish this situation.
No plans, no trust, no peace of mind...

I send the pm and mail. waiting to see what the guy will give back.

I suspect that they afraid of Bank Run.
So they dismiss a very small amount of legacy funds, so to be manageable the withdraw. personally I left all the returns of legacy funds so to see what will happen. I feel that it may be a not so clear scam case...
I m worried about that earns have not be appeared on the account and breaks the case of Acquisition statement.

what I can believe? May some guys still deposit their bitcoins and we get a share of them, so we are all scams because we withdraw these very small shares to our wallets!

I suggest to leave all these fractions of our investments to the site and see what is going on. We never know if withdraws come back to us as boomerang!

we have to fight back! all people here, we can press the Key guys of bitcoin and track the scam down. I suppose we pay the fee of transactions for a reason....Well, Bitcoin Big Buys, we know it is not your problem but bitcoin reputation is getting ruined by these scams...It is your call to stop it!

No return from investments!
Do start the procedure of anger!!! We have to tear the head's from his solders for paradigm! Suppose the Heads of bitcoin community had to take advance of that case and send a clear message to all that they will try to earn, stealing from others, that these is no tolerance for these actions.
Else many people will get out of btc community with the worst memories and even to fight back crypto-currency!
