It is not an incident, it is a security hole. They have hacked the exchange and they do not take responsibility.
They have already said that they will not replace the BTC that they have left, they do not say the word "stolen". So those who had BTC in safe.trade will not recover it, nor will they take over.
They announce the exchange as safe but it is not, and then they have an illegal clause that says that if they are robbed they are not responsible. So anybody puts an exchange business, if when something happens they do not take responsibility.
