I think you're right, it's not 2011 that someone can sit behind an acronym and make a Cryptocurrency like Satoshi Nakamoto did. Today to exhibit transparency and trustworthiness ICOs have to reveal the team and the Idea behind it, and that's exactly what OuiCoin has done. Oui Coin's team is Transparent and can be see on twitter or LinkedIn, in fact this is the one of the few cryotocurrencies that are registered and have a license.
