1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RhomBit [RHOM] Great APR% *FREE* Bitcointalk Member Initial Distribution on: April 09, 2019, 04:35:23 PM
Hello,

how many coins do you need the minimum to stake ... have 0.25 which are older than 2 days and he still does not stakt (not staking .... mature coins)
But have always 0.01 deposits ... has this possibly something to say?

I have 20 RHOM and never hit a stake in the last 3 days, So if you only have 0.25 RHOM the it will probably take a long time or you will never hit a stake with that amount.

Hello,

I'm not interested in getting interest but in the arrow that would have to be green if the coins are ripe .... is still with me "Not staking because you don`t have mature coins" and the arrow is still gray though the amounts are already older than a few days

Hello. Thanks Dev.
Got coins and got my first stake.
And now have question:
Quote
after Minting it is recommended to recombine inputs to have the Highest Priority for the next stake
How can this we do?

This is the easiest way to explain & use coin control, works for all Proof of Stake coins: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUw2NkRpI-A

Can anyone help / advise? where should I put this peer settings for linux wallet. What file is responsible for keeping this info?

You place them inside your RhomBit.conf file on linux systems, it should be located in the .RhomBit folder (Use ctrl-h to view hidden folders)

Thanks mate!!! for promt help.But inside of this file I've put already the data fm my privat pool such as:

I haven't posted in awhile; I still want to make CROC (or a derivative) a lighter [but probably more built-from-the-ground-up] chain (but am working on precursors and other stuff [shell, networking, assembly, stuff like awk and sed, more prosaic stuff] right now).  I'm definitely very interested in seeing how stuff is done in some other C++ codebases too.   Also picked up a couple of the Packt books on Git which will - in due course - prove useful too Tongue .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qtWlvu1YoA&t=3s

Is there someone wanting to buy around 104,000 CROCS or someone wise enough to keep me away of wanting to sell them?  Grin
I also can sell you 1,000,000,000 XGAME coins for 2 BTC   Cool
Or 70,000,000,000,000 EGAME for 1 BTC?  Tongue
Or 200,000 FUGUE?

HODL it, could be a swap/fork sometime like mentioned above ^^^

It's about Forkin' time this was talked about Roll Eyes

Thank you, no need to post this nonsense. we all understood that this project is a Scam and has nothing to do with Disney Corporation. Think of a better coin. And may the force be with you...

She has these for almost every corp. Including Coke and many others.  I follow the threads for the entertainment value.

I remember the days of the endless rants of them talking in 3rd person, this stuff is part of history haha.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: October 27, 2018, 09:32:48 AM
Dogecoin has been corrected around 40% since its latest peak, which was around 100 satoshi.
I have planned and actually setup my buy orders around 40 to 45 satoshi in order to wait for buying Dogecoin back after taking profit at 90 satoshi weeks ago.

If you're feeling it will go that low then why not set to sub 20's, we might even hit 16 again Cheesy

LIZC is a cryptocurrency coin that needs to be mined in Proof of Stake or POS.

With POS system you do not need expensive hardware miners. It only takes a bit of capital to buy a coin and store it in wallet-qt and start mining in POS.

Maximum Supply :: 102,000,000 LIZC
Premine Supply :: 2,000,000 LIZC
Masternode :: 500,000 LIZC
Presale :: 1,500,000 LIZC

How bloody dumb is this ! You can tell absolutely no thought went into this.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: List Of GPU Mineable Only Coins - GPU Mining Will NEVER Die! on: August 31, 2018, 09:53:58 AM
I can't believe Chaincoin and its variants are still being overlooked, the algorithm it uses is C11 not to mention it came out the same day as Xcoin/DarkCoin/DASH did.

What is the difference between X11 and C11 algorithms you ask well here is a Quote Wink

Quote
Chaincoin was the first cryptocurrency to introduce and use the C11 hashing algorithm.
This C11 algorithm derived its name from the use of 11 random algorithms that are chained together.
The algorithms that make up C11 are: blake, bmw, groestl, jh, keccak, skein, luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd and echo.
We couldn’t find a whitepaper, but C11 was greatly inspired from Darkcoin Dash X11 algorithm and is very much similar to X11.
The only difference is that these 11 algorithms in c11 are chained in a different order.

C11 is currently both ASIC and NiceHash resistant. C11 ASIC isn’t available yet, but in the future if the value of these coins goes up then the development of ASIC will be accelerated.
Also since it is similar to Dash x11 algorithm it is possible to mod Antminer D3 ASIC to mine C11 algorithm.
Aside from that, assuming that there isn’t an ASIC for C11; this is one of the decent algorithm to mine using GPU.
Especially If you have a NVIDIA GPU then it’s a good stable algo in which the power doesn’t fluctuate much.
Also most coins using c11 are new and have low difficulty so if you have a small farm you can even try solo mining.

Still going strong with no sign of FPGA/ASIC in sight thus far, home miners still have the upper hand Cheesy

Dogecoin continues to surprise Smiley up 32% in the last few hours. Who said Dogecoin wasn't a better investment than Bitcoin? Cheesy

the "year of the dog" buyers. Cheesy

Doge is one of the "Faster Transaction" coins out there, in the era of speed & haste no wonder why more people are realizing it is a go to coin for general everyday transactions.

Don't forget it is also constantly merge mined with Litecoin Wink

Is Chat Broken ? Getting Socket Error Huh

atm everything is ok

Some people were talking about website unavailability although chat was having 350 users online.
Atm everything is ok

This is what I was talking about, I've narrowed it down to a Chrome problem as the chat function works perfectly fine in Opera Browser.
