je souhaite vous présenter mon nouveau site Crypto Exchange Reports (C.E.R)




Le but de C.E.R est de répertorier tous les litiges non résolus qu’expérimentent les utilisateurs sur les plateformes de change de crypto-devises, afin d’aider les personnes qui ont perdu des fonds de manière litigieuse.

Parce-que parfois être seul à défendre ses intérêts face aux entités que sont les plateformes de change de crypto-devises, pour obtenir réparation ou récupérer des fonds injustement perdus, peut devenir chronophage, harassant pour au final ne rien obtenir au bout du compte, joindre nos forces est le meilleur moyen pour se protéger et faire valoir nos droits !

Sur le site, voici les différents litiges répertoriés:

- Compte supprimé
- Ordres automatiques d’achat/vente défaillants
- Compte hacké
- Défauts de balance/solde
- Retraits ou portefeuille gelées
- Dépôts de fonds non crédités
- Problèmes autres




Une fois qu’un nombre ou un volume suffisant de litiges sont rapportés, une action en justice est alors envisageable.
Nous n’entamons aucune action en justice de notre propre chef ou pour le compte d’un tiers, nous centralisons simplement les données, les publions, et contactons chaque victime lorsqu’une procédure est possible, une fois un volume suffisant atteint.
Nous pouvons considérer que nous jouons le rôle de catalyseur.

Ce service est gratuit et nous ne prenons aucune commission sur quoi que ce soit, même après une action en justice perdue ou gagnée.

Slow death,
First of all the aim is to gather people who encounterd litigation (first step), because my experience here taught me that lot of people loose funds unfairly on exchanges, without doing any mistake and the entire fault is only crypto exchanges dysfonctions.
These people keep battling to a certain extent, and finally give up because they feel so defenceless.
So if all those people report every litigation, a lawsuit is possible and that is the second step.
Our role in the second step is to contact every claimant when enough reports in the same category on the same exchange is reached, leading to a collective action such as lawsuit.

Also don't undervalue the Statistics side, because it is a good information source for everybody in order to see and compair how fair are crypto-exchanges !

Part of your question is answered above to Slow death regarding "how does it work" and "legal action".
I repeat, the aim is to help people, so yes when we get enough reports we centralize data in order to help raising a lawsuit, we are "the centralizer".
Groups as telegram or others, don't work very well, because informations are not centralized, and it is chaotic, and first of all you have to find these groups, and it could have several groups for the same problem.

Hello everybody,

I'd like to introduce you to our new website Crypto Exchange Reports (C.E.R).



The aim of C.E.R is to make an inventory of litigations on cryptocurrency exchanges, in order to help and gather people who have lost funds (only verified data and proofs are collected).
Because sometimes being alone against big machines, that represent cryptocurrency exchanges, to claim funds back is not easy and can be very time wasting, gaining nothing in the end, joining our forces is the only way to protect users' rights.  
Here are listed the following problems resulting in lost of funds:
- Accounts disabled
- Automatic orders failed
- Account hacked / insider trades
- Balance problems
- Withdraw / wallet frozen
- Deposit not credited
- Other problems
 


Then, when enough volume (BTC) or number of reports is reached, starting a legal proceedings or collective action is possible.
Please note that we do not start lawsuite or any action on our own or under claimant's name, we only centralize data and offer to coordinate claimants' contacts when required (lawsuit).
The service is free, and we do not charge claimants who filled out a report, nor take benefit after lawsuit or collective action.
